C section scar pregnancy

Hi guys. I'm having a right nightmare at the moment, had a scan and was told ectopic and in the scar last week there was just.a gestational sac.... Today I went for another scan and there was a heartbeat so you can now imagine how I'm feeling after not seeing that my last 2 times as MC. I have a big decision to make. I just wonder if anyone has had similar. Thanks

Just to clarify has the embryo implanted into your old c section scar?
This happened to someone I knew and sadly she miscarried but the doctors said had she not they would have advised that the pregnancy isn't viable anyway. It ended causing a lot of damage and almost ended in her needing a hysterectomy due to extended bleeding.
Sending hugs it's an awful thing to have to go to and hopefully your doctor/midwife will be able to offer you some more advice.
