Badger App 'having care outside of guidelines'

I'm 32 weeks, last saw my midwife last week. Just having a nose through my badger app tonight and on the key details page, where it states current risks mine has said since 28 weeks 'urinary tract infection' as I did suffer with continuous UTIs for around 8 weeks of this pregnancy. All clear now though touch wood and no longer on antibiotics. I've noticed tonight the current risks now state 'urinary tract infection, having care outside of guidelines'. I have no idea what this second part is in relation to, I'm not even under a consultant anymore (i saw one twice for the UTI, last time was 4 weeks ago and she said I didn't need to see her again). I'm going to message my midwife tomorrow but has anyone else had this and can give examples as to why there's stated 'having care outside of guidelines'?

I wonder if they mean because you’ve had some extra appts? So the NICE antenatal guidelines have a schedule of how many appts each woman should have….you’ve had more due to seeing a consultant? 🤷‍♀️

@CovidCorvid it could be but this has only changed in the last 10 days since I saw the midwife, if it is because I have seen a consultant I would've thought it would've changed at the same time it stated about the UTI.
