One sided Lower back pain when walking

Hey ladies. Anyone experiencing low back pain one sided? I have it on my lower left back and only get it if I am walking around like say walking in the supermarket or town. Not getting it walking around house which obviously is barely any walm

Forgot to add im about 12 and half weeks and it only started about a week or so ago

If I had to scale it 1 out of 10 with 10 being worsti would say its 3 at the moment but im gwtting worried
