Low AMH and egg retrieval

Hi there, I am new to these boards and infertility. I had a partial hysterectomy in 2015, keeping my ovaries at the time I had thought I wa done having children so I didn't freeze any eggs. Flash forward to now and my fiance who has no children wants to have them. I am 43 years old with normal TSH levels, but an AMH of 75.9.

I have started the egg retrieval process and should be doing my first retrieval at the end of January, unfortunately due to my Hysterectomy status we will be using a surrogate.

I was wondering if anyone has experience with the egg retireval process with a low AMH. How many retrievals did you have to do to get a viable embryo(S).

Thank you in advance for all your input on this.

Fwiw you would prob get a better response on the ‘Infertility’ board.

Your AMH is not low, unless I've misunderstood something, it's very much the opposite! What about your FSH and LH?

As pp said you'll get better advice on the infertility boards but your amh level is good! Mine was at the very very low end of normal (can't remember the figure) and we got plenty of eggs at retrieval each time. The only reason it took us three rounds to get a viable embryo was dh's sperm quality.
Good luck in your journey x
