Hi was looking for some advice im due my period on thursday i took a early test 2 days ago and had a faint line. I keep worrying my period is gonna start do you get light period pain around your period if your pregnant. Having heavy pulling feelings in my uterus

Hi, I had period type pains from when AF was due and had them for about 2 weeks after. It’s totally normal and can be down to your uterus stretching. Congratulations by the way! 💕

I had "period" pains starting around a week before I was due, and they carried on for weeks after. I'm almost 9 weeks now and think all is fine 😊

Thanks ladies do get a bit nervous about the early tests took one a couple of months ago and found out it must have been an evaporation line. This was one of the pink tests and was defo a faint full line. Am feeling pulling under my belly button

Is it to early at just before your period to get pulling feelings

All of that is perfectly likely to be pregnancy.

Often faint lines early on (like your previous one) can be a chemical pregnancy - the egg embeds but fails a few days later. It’s quite common but women often don’t know as your period can then start “as normal”.

You’ll only know if you miss your period so sit tight and test again in a few days :) if it’s for colour on it, it is very likely to be a positive test at this precise moment though! Good luck!

I’m 7 weeks pregnant and the AF type feelings are just slowing down now. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I think they’re a bit stronger in your subsequent pregnancies than the first. Take another test in a few days OP

Thank you its the pulling feeling that feels different fells like under my belly button low down my daughter is 11 so cant remember how i felt in early pregnancy with her lol as was along time ago.

Just did one of those early digital tests and says not pregnant so may not be :-(

The digitals aren’t as sensitive though, definitely wait a couple of days and try again. Have you got a pic of your positive test?

Just had some very pale pink blood no period pain tho at all im due in a couple of days so may be the start of my period
