Help, should I call the hospital or am I over reacting?

Hello,

So my midwife is on holiday this week so can’t contact her. I’m 26+4 and since last night had this constant lower back ache, I’ve had a couple of shooting pains up one side of my bump lasting a second or two and a bit of a dull ache in my pelvis. I did go to pregnancy yoga last night so not sure if I over did it maybe? Shall I call the hospital? I’ve felt a few baby kicks but not as strong as usual!

If there's a change in your baby's movements it's always best to speak to the hospital. Chances are that baby has just moved, but you should always get checked

@NewKidOnTheBlock99 it’s worth calling the hospital to double check, it’s better to be safe than sorry. I had a lot of pains in my pelvis with DS2 and it turned out to be pelvic girdle pain!

If baby’s not moving as usual go on with reduced movements and they will hook you up to a monitor! If nothing it will put your mind at ease x
