Been getting sharp pains going right up my bum and feels so deep they're also so strong the pain makes me freeze whatever I'm doing. It HURTS. I've also had a few mild ones up my vagina. I'm 12 weeks and been happening over around 24 hours. Could this be normal/ anyone else experienced it? I'm naturally really worried
