Bad back and leg pain. Help!!

Hi so I had Ivf and taking progesterone and patches at the moment. Iam currently 8 weeks pregnant, everything was fine bit nausea and insomnia and tender breasts that's all.
But I have been having really bad lower back pain and it's more on the sides when I sit or bend even laying down on bed on the side.
It's more on left sides which goes down to my leg.
Had slight cramps too.
Iam worried now because I had one m.c before.
Please anyone share your thoughts.

Have you had a scan yet to check the location of your pregnancy?

Could be pelvic girdle pain? I had this & felt most of the pain in my back. It usually happens later in pregnancy but can start in the first trimester & pain when laying in bed is very common.

Hi yes I had my scan at 6 weeks and everything was fine.
The pain is worse now even laying down on any side and very hard and painful to get up, sit or bend.
