Getting body back after 2nd baby

I know it's really vein and it should be the last thing on my mind but I'm generally quite a self conscious person

When I has My 1st baby (2 and a bit hears ago) I stayed orettt active during My pregnancy but gained half a stone after baby was born from Mt pre pregnancy weight, which I wasn't bothered about (only went to 10 stone) and my belly sprung back which is what I was most worried about

Since then I have kept pretty active and do regular workouts at home (although it did take me a while to loose the hald a stone Purley because of my diet)

Before getting pregnant this time I was very active , doing exercise 4/5 times a week and I was very happy with My body and progress

I am not 3 months pregnant and worried about my belly again!! I have not actually gained any weight and I have tried to keep active ( been extremely fatigued with extreme sickness so far )I'm hoping once I feel better I'll be able to be a not more active and continue to exercise

Will my belly 'spring bakc' again like it did with baby number 1? The weight gain isn't really my concern but I am just so worried about a mum tummy, and I know it sounds so selfish and petty but I can't help it !

Hiya iv been in your position, I had my first bab6 and I lost the weight and went fitness crazy. My belly tightened up I was really happy. It's not vein as it affects ur mental health. I felt so much better exercising and taking care etc. I looked better than I did pre pregnancy.
I had my second baby 6 month ago. I honestly couldn't exercise in pregnancy. I did a couple of weight workouts and short walks on the treadmill but it was probably around 7 workouts in my whole pregnancy. I was fatigued and just rested. I didn't gain loads of weight. I ate healthier but also met my cravings as that is the fun part! But didn't go all mad eating junk food.
Anyway postpartum I gained around a stone and half started excersing after my baby turned 4 months. And my belly is tightening up again and it's just the same process I guess. So yeah I wouldn't worry too much. Take it easy x

Watching as I'm wondering the same, currently pregnant with our 2nd, going to be 21 months between them. Also went down to pre-pregnancy weight (didn't put on that much, think around 10kg), but I could tell my rib cage was definitely a bit wider and belly was just slightly looser (not visible with clothes on). Fingers crossed will go back to similar after the 2nd! We are done after this one 🤣

I has my 2 youngest 11 months apart, hadn't gotten to pre pregnancy weight when I fell pregnant and I was worries how much body would react (history of eating disorder). Within 6 months I looked better than I had before all 3 of my kids. Went to the gym when I was 4m pp and kept active. Oh I also gained about 1.5 stone
