How much water?

I’m 14+5 and have been feeling quite lightheaded and faint for a few weeks. I’m trying to drink lots of water, but I’m not sure it makes a massive difference, is there an amount I should be aiming for? Does anything else help?

For context, my 8 week bloods (which were actually done at more like 10 weeks due to covid affecting appointments) were totally fine for iron levels, and generally speaking I have quite low pressure anyway, even when not pregnant. Everything was fine at the scan, I’m not in pain or bleeding, and I’m not so lightheaded I actually faint, so I don’t think there’s anything wrong, I think it’s just my generally low blood pressure just being even lower due to pregnancy.

I make sure I drink 1.5ltr of water a day... 😊

I’m terrible for drinking water.
Am 20 weeks and a bit lightheaded as well. Lots of head spinning when I get up from lying down etc. I think tour bloody pressure lowers a bit anyway? Or the lightheaded ness is pretty common whatever the reason is..
I am trying to take more water, but am not worrying too much about it.

If you’re worried ask your midwife.
