Is it safe to breastfeed during pregnancy if you have a history of HG?

I had hyperemesis gravidarum while I was pregnant with DS. In six months from now I want to start trying for a second baby. DS will be 14 months old by then. I don’t know whether I should carry on breastfeeding whilst trying to conceive. I’ve seen some sources claiming that breastfeeding during pregnancy leads to less morning sickness but other sources say that it leads to more morning sickness. Confused

I had hg through both pregnancies and continued bf dc1 throughout the 2nd pregnancy. I was tired and hungry/ dehydrated which can make hg worse but hg was about the same in both pregnancies. It meant I could bf dc1 until it was time for us to stop rather than that being decided by pregnancy. I'm still bf dc2.
