Pregnancy symptoms or pms help

Hi everyone I have been ttc for a year and
last month (November) we only Bd on the 10th, 19th 22nd and 27th and apparently going by my Flo app I ovulated on the 17th but I think it was later around the 24th I am also a bit irregular so I can never pin point when I do ovulate, since the 26/27 my boobs have been sore , also on the 27th I had mild period like cramps and I thought AF was going to turn up, my boobs have still been sore but the last two days there have got really really sore, I done a test yesterday and it was negative, my Flo app states I am one day late but as I say I am never regular so I could be due any time now but I am not having any pms symptoms apart from really sore boobs. I really want to be pregnant but what do you think this is pms or pregnancy symptoms , what was your early symptoms like ?

If you ovulated around the 24th you should be getting a BFP by now in case you were pregnant. Were you not tracking ovulation? Could u have ovulated even later?

I am not really regular so I don't really know when I actually ovulated, however today I done a test as still no period and still have sore boobs for nearly two weeks, the first one was positive (well I think it was) to make sure I done another one straight after but had to drink a full bottle of water first to be able to pee and it was negative so I am so confused.
