No fetal pole at 6+3

Hi all, looking for some advice really.

Ive had 2 miscarriages and no successful pregnancies since may, and I found out I was pregnant about 3 weeks ago. I ovulated on cycle day 21 so I know I'm about 6+4ish today. I booked an early scan as the hospital didn't care about my previous MCs and I'd rather know early that it's not going to work.
I booked a private scan and had it yesterday, there was a gestational sac and yolk sac, but no fetal pole. I have to go back on the 15th for a rescan, but my boobs hurt less than last week and I also found out yesterday I have a heart shaped womb, something important they neglected to tell me at the hospital.

Just wondering if anyone had a similar thing and it turned out ok, or for me to just accept this one won't work and give up. My husband's hopeful as the sonographer said she wasn't concerned about anything, but tbh Ive lost all faith!
Thanks in advance x

Hi I'm 6+4 and had a scan yesterday for some reassurance as i had lack of symptoms

For me they saw the sac straight away, I asked if there was a fetal pole seen as she seemed to be taken a while and I was a bit worried ( as she did warn me at this stage it may be too soon to see anything and maybe to come back) and she said what's more important than the fetal pole at this stage is the yolk sac so she said let's look for that first

She went on to find both however she did say it's more important to see the G sac and yolk sac so I would say at this stage it's far to early to say it's all over and I would say the next scan then that will give you some reassurance

Also I'm re scanning on 14th so we are very close in dates - I can let you know how I get on

Re symptoms they do come and go I was so so worried about the lack of mine but that scan was reassuring

I'm sure everything will be fine x
