Large Dermoid Cyst and Pregnant

I have a 9cm dermoid cyst on my left ovary. I'm also 11 weeks pregnant.
The Dr has spoken about removing it but they're not sure.
Has anyone else had this removed during pregnancy? Was the baby okay? I'm so worried that it will cause a miscarriage. :(

I have a dermoid on my left ovary that was there all through my last pregnancy and will be removed when I have a section in March (along with a 4 cm simple cyst). It's now 7-8 cm and hasn't caused any issues in either pregnancy, just a bit uncomfortable when the baby kicks it!

Before my first pregnancy I had another three dermoids removed from my right ovary which damaged it, that's why they left this one until I'd finished having babies. I'm now 26 weeks and it's a bit achey now it's being aside by the baby but not causing any problems, hopefully yours will be the same and can wait until you have the baby.
