HCG Levels with twins

So, I had my scan today and it's twins! My premom app says I'm 6+1wks, where as the national maternity website (which takes 30day cycle length in account) says 5+4wks. I MC'd in Sept and had a 40 day cycle before AF arrived in October. So I don't even know how long my cycle would have been really. But I had been tracking OPKs and I reckon a 30 day cycle would have matched my ovulation.

They found two sacs, the bigger one is 13.7mm, second one is a bit smaller. In the bigger one she found the yolk sac, but not the other. She also showed me a small "flicker" in the bigger one.

My HGC Level today is 51,538. I've to go back in two weeks for another scan. Hoping the high HCG levels means two healthy babies, just one was a little too small to see today or hiding!

Anyone remember what your HCG levels were around this time?

Or success stories of anyone who has been scanned around this time where the sac was empty?

At 7 weeks mine was 27000. Both looked very healthy at that point with heartbeats easily seen at 8 weeks. Sadly we lost baby 2 at around 8-9 weeks. Baby 1 is 32 weeks along though now.

Hcg levels aren't really an indication of much I am afraid.

Never had levels checked with our twins.
They always measured within a few days of eachother on scans from 7 - 36wk.

Thanks for your responses. I suppose the bigger worry for me is that they didn't see baby 2, I was wondering did anyone not see the baby at 5.5-6 wks then go onto see the baby?
The sonographer really wasn't worried at all, that they are so small right now. Dr didn't seem concerned either. I'm going to have to try put it out of my mind!
@Bells3032 sorry you lost one of yours, that's what I am worrying about now.

@Bells3032 your baby must be born now! I did also lose one of my twins but I'm ok with that. Currently 26 weeks pregnant now with 1 healthy baby 😀

@irishfarmer yeah she was actually born 6 weeks early barely a few days after that post. She's now 4 months old and a total angel. Love her to pieces. Good luck with your little one

@Bells3032 aw glad to hear it turned out well 😊
