Are the following safe to get done when pregnant?

Semi permanent eyelashes
Lip Blush
Microblading
Facials

I would have thought anything that involved pain/needles i.e. lip blush and microblading would be a no-no during pregnancy - same as regular tattoos. I would strongly recommend against these in pregnancy.

By semi permanent lashes I assume you mean lash extensions? These will be fine, I continued to get mine done until I was about 20ish weeks when it was getting more uncomfortable / advised not to lay directly flat on my back. Just be mindful though that your body and immune system is weaker during pregnancy, so you may have been fine with eyelash glue beforehand, but you may need to switch to a sensitive one / or you may develop a reaction to it.

Facials again I would have thought were okay - no pain/needles. Just relaxation!

Facials and lashes Are fine but nothing that enters the bloodstream.
