Due to extreme nausea I am really struggling to eat. The sickness tablets do take the edge of slightly but I am so aware I’m not eating enough to function because it is such a struggle.
This is my second pregnancy, I was horrendously sick with my daughter too but I thought I had at least some sort of bump noticeable to me by now, yet I have nothing. I am working part time and constantly on the go worn the housework and family life which is probably contributing to weight loss.
Heard the heartbeat at 16 weeks but I’m so scared something will be wrong at 20 weeks because of my lack of food 😞

How much do you eat a day? Do you take vitamins?
I am also struggling to eat, I have to force myself every 5 hours to eat something as I could go on all day with no food. For me it's not the nausea ( it stopped around 13 weeks) I'm just not a food person.
I also didn't show until 18 weeks; they say thinner you are you will show early but I don't think it's true. Don't worry about your bump size. I'm 35 weeks now and everyone is keep saying how small my bump is. I get growth scan every 4 weeks and the baby is healthy and measuring perfectly.
But you need to make sure you take in the right nutritions. If you eat less but healthy is much better than eating more and unhealthy.
