No period ten weeks PP

Hi all.
I'm almost 10 weeks PP. Since last week I have had a little tiny bit of pelvic pain as well as a increase in clear discharge I put this down to my period returning but it hasn't yet. I got the implant fitted yesterday so this will probably mess them up more. I am now starting to think the pain is a urine infection as i am peeing more often and I thought I had cystitis but still have symptoms after taking satchels. Also about 2 or 3 weeks I embarrassingly wet the bed in my sleep the only other time i done this was while I was pregnant, did anyone experience any problems similar to this after given birth ? tia

Hi OP are your breastfeeding? If you are it can take ages for periods to come back, I’m over 5 months PP and haven’t had periods yet. I had a small bleed around 6 weeks PP that came with some nipple soreness but that’s all.

I would talk to your GP if you think it’s a UTI, some surgeries will test urine without you needing an appointment.
