I’ve been into hospital today for reduced movement, they tracked heart rate for 40 minutes & all was fine. They referred me for a growth scan just incase & all was fine, but baby’s movements are just nowhere near as frequent & heavy. I don’t know if it’s just anxiety, but I usually get 10 movements in

Please please go back in. It doesn't matter how many times you go in. If you're not happy please get baby checked again. I went so many times with my last pregnancy and they always said come back if I'm worried on concerned.
Esp as youre at term now they may look to induce you. Wishing you best of luck op x

I'm sure everything is absolutely fine but I would go back in if you are still concerned. Don't worry about possibly wasting their time or the likes.
If you do not want to go back in straight away you could try drinking a glass of ice cold water and laying on your side for a few minutes. That used to get my 2 kicking.
But don't take any chances. Remember that that's what the midwives and doctors are there for...to look after you & baby

Go back and keep going back until you're happy
