My anxiety through the roof making me feel sick!😞

So I tested positive for covid on the 31st august had symptoms from the 25th.
My question is if you’ve had covid twice how soon did you get it again? I don’t go out the house but hospital/midwife appointments apart from that I don’t leave.
I’ve got a slight cough today and last night and yesterday had the feeling of tonsillitis but that’s gone now my anxiety is so bad I feel sick with worry x

I think I had covid twice last year a few months apart. But this year I thought I had it and didn’t test positive. I have had an awful tonsillitis this last month and still not sure if viral or antibiotic. Try not to worry my baby was fine in 2nd trimester. Didn’t seem to cause an issue and I was very poorly for a week or more. They are well protected in there and only mums who get very / extremely bad covid seem to have a baby who is affected. You could speak to your GP and see if they can help?
