Remedies after internal examinations

So to keep the long story short - I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and was sent to triage for bleeding over the weekend. Unfortunately, I ended up having 3 speculums and an internal scan in the space of a couple of hours! They suspected premature labour but I just had a slightly open cervix?!

Baby is fine but their head is engaged and the little bugger is using my cervix as a trampoline. As you can imagine, I am sore and waddling around like a penguin.

Has anyone got any suggestions of remedies I can use to ease the soreness? I’ve tried hot and cold compresses, using a belly band and just resting up. I guess these things take time but I’m feeling absolutely miserable.

Thanks in advanced x
