Good belt for Pelvic Girdle pain?

Can anyone recommend one? My midwife recommended one, but it looks crap! My pain is mostly between my legs. Anyone who's had pelvic girdle (especially if really severe), which belts did you find actually helped?

The only thing I found helped was going to see an osteopath and doing lots of pelvic floor exercise and a little bit of Pilates. The belt did nothing.

I had one of these. The NHS physio had one for me to try before I got my own. It meant the different between walking and not. I'm gutted I sold it as I have hip problems since my DCs and often think I should get another.

If your pelvis is already misaligned, then all a belt will do is hold it in the wrong position. I’m nearing the end of my second pregnancy with PGP and all I would recommend is 1) minimising walking, literally do almost none, and 2) regular physio. There is a good website - the pelvic partnership I think - that you may want to check out.
