Hi all, I thought I might start a new thread in the pregnancy pages to see how you guys are getting on? @littlemiss41andfabulous you must be due fairly soon? Hope everyone is well…

I’m now 13 weeks - had my NIPT results back last week and all was low probability, which was a relief for me. Also found out I am having a little girl! Which will be new for me as I have boys so far… allowing myself to relax a little bit now with some major hurdles out of the way.

Sorry to hear the journey ended for you Courage7. Hope you’re both doing ok.

Just wondering how everyone is dong and how you’re births went/babies are? My Mumsnet app stopped showing which threads I was active on for some reason and I couldn’t find this for ages but checked again tonight and here it is! So pleased as have been wondering how you all are!

Elena is now 5 months old and a delight. Thoughts are turning towards reducing breastfeeding so we can begin TTC number 2, aged 42.5years.

Hi @Littlemiss41andfabulous , all is going really well over here! Dexter is now 6.5 months and we're all still besotted with him and loving watching him grow and change each day! He's now eating 3 meals a day, sitting up and just started to be able to roll from front to back. He now has formula through the day and I've cut back to just breastfeeding morning and night which works really well for us. Good luck with your next TTC journey, that's really exciting!

My beautiful daughter Esme arrived at the end of May. She’s now 4 weeks old and we are all totally in love. I feel so unbelievably lucky as I never thought this would happen. Dreams do come true 💕

@burtle4 we're getting ready to start weaning in the next few weeks too. The time is just flying by.

@burtle4 the boys are besotted with her! Even my eldest who was quite indifferent during the pregnancy. He just wants to cuddle her all the time! Birth wasn’t what I’d hoped (water birth) all happens a bit quick but at least she was safe and well on arrival.

Sorry I have been awol, but I have been loving my baby bubble… successfully delivered my son on 13th April who is 11 weeks already! Am 43 and am actually finding it so much easier this time for some reason? Think baby is more chilled than my daughter so hoping for a good sleeper!

I'm also finding it easier this time around! Don't know of it's because I'm older and wiser (😂) or because I know what to expect, or because I know he's our last so I'm appreciating everything, or that I've got help from the older two - or all of the above!! Either which way having a baby in your 40's is definitely nothing to worry about! So glad to hear everyone is doing well x

Hello all - I am 42 on Sunday and this happened! I think I’m about 7 weeks. I’m anxious but excited and hopeful. I have 3 dc already from 12 to 16 but this will be mine and DH’s first together.

Ahhh how lovely, congratulations @Surprisedat42, I'm guessing from the name it wasn't planned? Good luck with the journey! I've loved experiencing it all again after a bit of a break, I'm sure you will too x
