Nub/skull theory guesses

Scan from 12 weeks 😊 we actually won't be finding our gender officially but the theory interests me even though I can't get my head around it... any guesses?

Yes I agree that it looks like a very boyish nub!

Not an expert but I would guess boy too as the nub seems to go up a bit x
