Looking for a hand hold really…
I’ve just tested positive for Covid on lateral flow - feel really rubbish. Think it probably is Covid.
Have anxiety problems at the best of times but wondering if anyone has any tips, guidance, or just support.
I’m only 8 weeks so hoping it’ll be ok. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Sorry to hear this OP, had you managed to get double jabbed?
Focus on looking after yourself for now (and getting a PCR test as soon as poss).
If you start to get chest pain or shortness of breath later in the week then give your GP a call as they may want to give you a home oxygen monitor

I got Covid at 17 weeks pregnant & I’ll admit
It wasn’t easy, but I am unvaccinated. My advice is to rest as much as possible & drink copious amounts of fluids. Even if your not thirsty & stock up on paracetamol incase you get a fever!

Hopefully it won’t affect you too much. Hope you feel better soon OP. & congrats on your pregnancy x

Sorry to hear you tested positive. I had Covid around 9/10 weeks pregnant, I'm unvaccinated and managed with paracetamol and fluids. Was conscious of becoming breathless and chest pain. Hope you have a speedy recovery take care of yourself x
