Ate out of date yoghurt-covered Oreos

I know I am probably being neurotic, but I ate out of date yoghurt covered Oreos, and now I am paranoid that I will have harmed the baby. They were sealed, but I am worried as they are yoghurt-covered!

Was it a best before date? If it was you'll be fine. If it was fresh yogurt you'll know if it was off as it tastes fizzy.

You’ll be fine. Even if you get sick (extremely unlikely) you will not harm your baby.

You’d have the physical reaction if there was a problem (food poisoning). It’s rarely actual yogurt anyway and has so much sugar it’s well preserved. I bet it’s a best before rather than use by

I work in the food industry: the best before dates are about quality (best flavour/texture), not safety

Oreos are very very processed, and as such really unlikely to have the kind of bacterial growth that would cause food poisoning: try not to worry

No harm to baby, do not worry.

You'll be fine too. Especially that you are pregnant, your body will throw up if its remotely bad.

Thank you, everyone!
