Last week I got my BFP at 9 DPO so currently 4+3.
A few days after I found out, I had really sore boobs but since then, I’ve not had any other symptoms.

I feel super productive and not exhausted s as f have no cramping etc.

Should I be feeling something at this point?

Its completely normal! I work with pregnant ladies who have no symptoms at all! They dont believe they are pregnant till they actually see baby on the ultrasound.

Firsttimetrier · 27/11/2021 09:09

@Evesgarden that’s reassuring to hear! I think you hear that you should be exhausted, feel sick etc, that it’s worrying if you don’t.

We’ve got a scanned booked in for the 21st when I’m 7+6, so hoping everything is okay then!

Yes it's completely normal and doesn't mean there's something wrong. I've had the same with 2 of my pregnancies, including this one. No sickness or anything. Felt a bit tired but that's about it. Don't worry about it, you're one of the lucky ones x

Daisysandviolets · 27/11/2021 09:12

With my first I had no symptoms at all, except vivid dreams! I'm currently pregnant with my second and I have very mild symptoms which I probably wouldn't even notice if I didn't know I was pregnant!

Suzi888 · 27/11/2021 09:14

No, I didn’t know I was pregnant (we weren’t trying). My first realisation was my expanding waist line! I continued to have period like cramps too so was sure my period was due.

Rachae · 27/11/2021 10:49

Hey I had pretty much no symptoms by 5 weeks and panicked! Had my HCG levels measured and they were over 9000... Some ladies seem to get symptoms very early before bfp or 4 weeks, but their HCG wouldn't be anywhere near that. So I think it just depends how your body reacts to HCG. I'm starting to feel tired today but that's about it xx

Missnicolinda96 · 27/11/2021 20:11

I had absolutely nothing except slightly fuller boobs until 7 weeks and even then it's been mild symptoms. Now 14 weeks and don't feel pregnant at all, just over emotional and bloated!

MangoM · 27/11/2021 20:17

Try not to worry. Throughout my whole pregnancy I had no symptoms, no achey bobs, no sickness, not tired, no cravings, no crampings, no braxton hicks. Until I saw the scan and my belly started growing I almost couldn't believe I was even pregnant. X Even turned out fine in the end!

mrscotton · 27/11/2021 20:23

Like previous replies, i am 25 weeks now and had no morning sickness, no cravings at all. Just had sore boobs for a week or so when i first found out so went into my 12 week scan thinking the worst and everything was fine.

Just feel really tired for the past 10 weeks but still nothing else. Belly is growing and i feel her kicking everyday but thats about it.

Firsttimetrier · 28/11/2021 07:49

Thank you all for the reassurance!

My body said ‘hold my non-alcoholic beer’ and gave me incredibly sore boobs during the night, insomnia mixed with vivid dreams and had to have a 2 hour nap yesterday as I was so exhausted in the afternoon. I also nearly cried because the shop had no Branston pickle and I really fancied a cheese and pickle roll.

So whilst it isn’t nausea, I think I am having some symptoms 🤞🏽

Apart from slight twitches in my boobs and stomach for a few days I had no symptoms until around 8 weeks. And even then it’s normal to have none at all! I know it makes it all the more worrying when you don’t feel pregnant, but also enjoy not feeling nauseous etc!

strawberrysummer19 · 29/11/2021 17:14

Oh good, another thread which has made me feel more reassured! As I hardly have any symptoms and I'm 6wks tomorrow x

Rachae · 30/11/2021 08:17

@strawberrysummer19 I'm 6 weeks today. I've definitely had tiredness and my boobs feel more tender at night (maybe the progesterone) but that's about it! Are you having an early scan? I had one on Friday and got one tonight too x

strawberrysummer19 · 30/11/2021 08:22

@Rachae ah we are at the same stage.
I only had my beta done once but no follow up - it was only yesterday I spoke to the clinic as I felt concerned so there booked me a scan for this Friday so I'll be 6+3 so know we won't see much but just for reassurance then I'm back at the clinic for 8k scan as originally planned.

That's good you are having a scan today - what happened at Fridays scan - that's quite close together to have them? X

Rachae · 30/11/2021 08:32

@strawberrysummer19 I'm really glad you've got a scan! So I have one on Friday too - scan buddies. The one on Friday showed a sac and yolk sac measuring in the right place and what they thought was the start of a fetal pole. I've booked the scan for tonight so that I can see if it's progressed.

I guess they are close together but it's supposed to grow 1mm per day ... So it's been 4 and a half days. It's basically to pre-empt a MC, as I can't bear the thought of it going and I don't know about it. I've had a few losses, so the extra scanning helps calm the anxiety, plus I'll know asap.

Obvs hoping everything will be ok of course ☺️ xx

strawberrysummer19 · 30/11/2021 08:34

@Rachae yay scan buddies 😀ah I see that makes perfect sense. I wasn't going to have a scan this early but I must admit, these limited symptoms has left me concerned so I'm hoping Friday goes well and they can see something that will reassure me. Let me know how you get on at your scan, sure everything is fine xx

Rachae · 30/11/2021 08:43

@strawberrysummer19 I will thank you , 😊 I've learnt my lesson on symptoms this time round.. as we've got the furthest we've ever got and my HCG levels have been the highest. So it really does seem like if I was supposed to get the sickness I would have done so by now. Given some women claim to get it a 5 weeks xx

strawberrysummer19 · 30/11/2021 08:46

@Rachae yeah I know I shouldn't be worried about lack of symptoms but it's just so hard! With a failed ivf and this ivf and years of infertility I just don't think it helps! Look forward to your update later x

Greenmarmalade · 30/11/2021 08:50

I have had bad sickness in all pg, but it didn’t start until 6weeks.

Greenmarmalade · 30/11/2021 08:51

I had sky high hcg levels with twins too, and horrible sickness, just not til 6 weeks or so.

strawberrysummer19 · 30/11/2021 08:52

@Greenmarmalade oh really? Kinda hoping I'm going to regret saying I have no symptoms! Not because I want to be sick I just want to feel pregnant

I had bad nausea with my first but I cannot remember when it started ! She's 10 now 😀x

strawberrysummer19 · 30/11/2021 08:55

Oh twins too 😀😀😀ah ok so maybe it's just too early - as I say once I know everything's ok then I can relax and enjoy the lack of symptoms!! X

Rachae · 01/12/2021 04:52

Hey @strawberrysummer19 just to let you know that my scan went well. ☺️ They saw a tiny baby and a heartbeat. It was measuring 3.4mm and should be measuring 4mm, but also said there was a tolerance level with how the machine captures it so early.
🤞 For Friday xx

strawberrysummer19 · 01/12/2021 08:03

@Rachae yay that's brilliant! So pleased for
You !! Xx

Rachae · 01/12/2021 08:21

Thank you 🥰 xx
