36 weeks head down

Hi all.
I had a growth scan yesterday as baby is measuring slightly small. When they was trying to do her measurements they were unable to get an accurate measure of her head. The lady said she was in a very ‘deep cephalic position’ does anyone know what is meant by ‘deep’ is she engaged or just a general saying?

Yeah pretty much. DS spent almost the entire of my pregnancy like that! He was notoriously difficult to scan and get a heartbeat from. To the point one midwife started really really panicking that she couldn't get the heartbeat on the Doppler. Thankfully u could feel him kicking like mad.
