Hi evreyone i am currently 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant i rang doctors and they told me to register my pregnancy online on pregnancy notes. Com this is completely different from my last pregnancy as i went to gp midwife appointments so ive never used this website before can anybody tell me how it works please and when can i expect my first midwife appointment x
