I know about ginger ale (or is ginger beer better?) and crackers but what else can help.
Is there some sort of tea? Writing list now, being brief before I heave all over PC, thankyou x

Fresh ginger grated into hot water worked for me until last 2 weeks when it's having little effect. I've found carbonated water with lemon really helpful plus eating a little if you can keep it down.

I was very very sick. Best things I found were a chopped up granny smith eat an 8th every 15 mins and just makes the nausea easier to cope with.

I squeezed lemon over it to stop it from going brown but also the lemon really helped.

A mouthful og lucozade every hour stopped me from actually being sick and eased the sickness.

and another good tip is don't eat too much too quickly. If your blood sugar rises too quickly it can fall quickly too which makes you feel even more like death.

Carry mints or sherbet lemons but don't have too many too quickly.

Try to avoid caffine it makes you feel more sick.

If your tired or stressed it makes it all worse.

Look after yourself, it doesn't last forever.

Rest is the most important cure for MS tbh, as is fluids- if you can mange fluids you're OK.

The website blooming awful here has good tips regardless of whether you have actual hyperemesis or not- have a look in the self help section

I found plums really helpful tbh! Think it was the sourness of the skin that worked.
