12 weeks and nauseous

So I'm currently 11 weeks 5 days. I've found my sickness and nausea has got worse within the last couple of days. Has this happened to anyone else?

I had nausea and food aversions which are still there but yesterday I actually threw up for the first time and today I had some pasta for lunch and feel so sick after eating.

I was expecting things to get better at this stage not worse

DW it will go. Mine started later and went at 16 weeks.

Honestly I remember the panic at 14 weeks because I thought it was never going to end and I would be an unlucky one whos stuck with it

The poor HG ladies have a hell of a time and it sounds like so far you have had it quite easy if only your first puke yesterday. It was just a bad day for you. Dont worry!
