Hi all I’m 9 weeks and since around 5 weeks I’ve just been walking around looking like a sack of s* if I’m honest Hmm. I’ve had bad sickness which is only starting to subside a bit and just no energy to even care right now! Anyone else feeling like this. I hope I get some energy back soon or DH might leave me (joke lol).

@Pinklemonade16 Been like this since the birth of our first son 17 months ago Wink

Currently 15 weeks pregnant and if I'm at home, I will rarely bother with my appearance, if out and about or going to appointments I will pop some makeup on/nice outfit.

Be kind to yourself! You are growing a baby which is bloody hard. Your partner will love you no matter what x

That made me laugh Grin I know it’s bloody hard work. Just feeling crappy. I’m going to book myself in at the hairdressers I think need a pick me up. Can I ask now your 15 weeks has your energy levels picked up a little? @babyboybluex

@Pinklemonade16 Haha it's so true! I remember feeling so meh and just not myself in the first trimester. I'm sure so many women can relate. Your body is going through new changes and it does show.

Yes! The hairdressers sounds lovely, a nice treatment and time to relax. I may do the same actually!!

I certainly feel better now that I'm in the second trimester, I'm not falling asleep at 8.30/9pm and not needing that cat nap during the day Blush You aren't far from it. When is your 12 week scan? A huge congratulations Flowers

I'm 13+3 and starting to come out the other side now! I wfh so still don't make much of an effort on days I'm not leaving the house, but weekends and other days where I have something on I now have the energy to get ready properly, which is lovely! For me, weeks 6 - 11 were the worst with regards to nausea and tiredness.

Hang in there you are almost there Thanks

Pinklemonade16 · 23/11/2021 13:50

Thank you congrats to you too. My 12 week scan is on 13th dec so not long to go. Can’t wait. That’s great your feeling better I cannot wait to feel slightly human again Grin
