Remedies while pregnant - jab side effects

I am 30+1 today and had my 2nd Covid Jab yesterday. Apart from a bit of a sore arm last night, I felt fine.. until this morning when I am starting to feel like I am coming down with flu like symptoms. Complete exhaustion (more than usual at the moment), headachey, my joints and calves ache, painful sinuses. So I assume I am getting side effects following the jab. (Didn't experience this with the first, only the sore arm).

I have had paracetamol and that has helped a bit, but I am wary about taking medication in pregnancy and have only had paracetamol twice since being pregnant, and only when I absolutely had to.

So I was wondering what other remedies can help that are 'pregnancy safe', that you can recommend please. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately the only medicine that’s deemed pregnancy safe is paracetamol.

You could speak to a pharmacist and see if they can recommend anything but I’m pretty sure they will say the same thing.

Hope you feel better soon x
