I thought i was free of it this time but obviously not - can't stop wretching (sp?) and i dont want to go down the coke road with this one, it was all i could drink with the other two

Anyone?

dry crackers

ginger ale, ice cold

ginger biscuits

For me, fresh fruit was all I could fancy most of the time that did not cause any instant retching!

However, I did go down the coke road with my last one (and down a Dr Pepper road with this one!)

The dry toast thing never worked for me, though I do remember being able to get jacket potatoes down ok (though the smell of the shop that sold them did used to make me retch!)

Nothing worked for me so I can't suggest anything too helpful - sorry

Nothing, I'm still practically living off pepsi and I'm 24weeks.

Oatcakes - cheesy, ginger, fruit & spice, plain.

Honey sandwiches - at least they taste the same on the way up as on the way down
