TMI POST!!! READ BEFORE PHOTO...

It started off a week ago with pink spotting so I went for an internal ultrasound to which they found a 2mm sac without yolk or baby, but they said they think i was earlier than I thought which at the time I thought I was 6 weeks but they said I could be between 4-5 weeks and to come back in 10 days, my hcg on Tuesday same day as scan was 781 and I'm having it repeated tomorrow, but I stopped spotting pink on Wednesday then yesterday it started again but brown sometimes mucusy sometimes just watery, it was only when wiped originally but now it seems to be occasionally seeping into my underwear more so when I'm active at work or on walks and otherwise only when I wipe, but then I've just had this... is this normal? Its brown in colour and sticky...

I don’t have any actual advice sorry OP, but I had stringy brown discharge when I was 4/5 weeks & same as you nothing was seen on any scans, it was simply too early & everything turned out fine! The early days are so so scary but try not to stress. Brown spotting/discharge is extremely common!

Hi OP, this looks to me like a small clot that has taken a while leave your body. From my understanding brown is old blood so i wouldn't worry too much. Unfortunately in situations like these all you can do is wait to see what is going on. Sorry you are going though this. Hopefully it's nothing to worry about 🙂

Looks like a small clot as PP said. It sounds easier said than done but try to distract yourself until tomorrow. It sounds like they're doing the right things by checking you, I hope you get the reassurance you need 🙂

Sorry for the pic but I just want to know is it a sign of miscarriage? I have had an abortion last year in October. This is my second pregnancy and I am 9 weeks pregnant now. Doctor has recommended NT scan and double marker test. I am scared as hell as I have experienced same blood clot in my first pregnancy. But the clots wer frequent that time. And It came out just once without any major cramping. I am not going through any more clots or tissues.
Any help appreciated.

Do you have an update this this? Currently going through the same thing. Dark brown stringy mucus at nearly 7 weeks pregnant. Same as you first scan just a small gestational sac nothing else and HCG around 1000

What happened since then with you? Any updates? I am 7 weeks now, yesterday was the first scan, only sac, the sac size is 5 weeks only, no fetal pole at all. I was spotting from the beginning. I had a hug cramp on my abdomen and lower back pain around 5 weeks. Sometimes dark brown discharge, sometimes lighter even the amount was less then more, tiny tissues only 2 times. It looks like silente miscarriage or blighted ovum.

I’m four months late on my period doctor said I’m not pregnant and I’m having the same symptoms. They started off like pink but now they’re dark a lot of stomach I took a test and it had a faint line, but the doctor said I wasn’t pregnant. Can anyone tell me what they think?

Im going throught the same had bleeding but not enough soak a pad had one big clots then little ones had. Scan thinking i was 7 weeks cervix close a gestational sac and yolk but not heartbeat it can either be a viable on non viable, had blood test come back high currently on day 7 from last scan having another Monday to see weather I was early in dates but dont think I am. My bleeding is just dark brown ton and off when wipe. Dreading scan Monday
