Baby has a disproportionate head?

Hi guys. I had my 12 week scan yesterday. Sonographer said baby looked good, moving, strong heart rate. But babies head is massive? And still very disproportionate compared to many 12 week scan pics I've seen? They say it should be 1/3 of body length, but foes this include the legs or not?

I'm not a doctor but that looks like both my boys at 12 weeks x

Also, babies tummy looks quite big? Baby I'd measuring on schedule at 12+5 but I turned down genetic testing. Would they still have measured babies head and belly etc? Or is that not until 20 weeks?

That looks normal to me - if there was anything obviously unusual the sonographer would have raised it x

looks perfectly fine to me, I'm sure sonographer would have mentioned if there was any cause for concern. congratulations.

I know its easy to worry that maybe something looks funny, but everything looks completely normal xx

It looks fine. It won’t look like a normal fully term baby at 12 weeks…still developing and forming.
Wait til the 20 week scan for the full check up on sizing/proportion etc

and I think it is a really good and clear scan picture for 12 weeks. how they have improved over the years. she/he looks perfectly fine. enjoy your pregnancy and please don't worry.

That's a lovely 12 week scan photo!! I swear both mine looked like a couple of potatoes seen through TV static!

Looks perfectly normal to me. You have a beautifully clear picture there.
When my 33 weeker was born his head was massive compared to his body. There was nothing wrong with him he just hadn't reached new born proportions yet
