Book suggestions and when to start reading?

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone had any book suggestions for pregnancy and parenting and also when you would suggest to start reading? Don't want to start too soon incase anything goes wrong but also aware that I'm clueless!

Expecting Better by Emily Oster is brilliant.bread it as early as possible! She has a birth and beyond one too called Cribsheet. Which I also recommend (I don’t work for her 😂)

Or even Read it * not bread 🍞
