Early pregnancy or??!

Hi I’m convinced I’m pregnant I’m never late for my period, 30 day cycle, now I’m 5 days late, I have dull backache for about 4 days and noticeable blue veins on my boobs (had these with 2 previous mc) tests are negative even first response early testing.
Could I be pregnant or am I reading into it?

You definitely could be! Keep testing every couple of days I know its hard to wait a few days but sometimes you need to. My first positive test didn't show until I was 1 week late! X
