Hi so I'm new to all of this but I've just recently got 2 faint positive early response clear blue tests. I took them both tonight And both lines showed up within a 5-10 min time frame, and I'm so confused is this just evap or is it early faint positive, so the really faint one is the second test I took tonight in person it is light blue and these photos I took was in the dark as I didn't want to wake o/h up. But I thought I had what was my period for 3 days 2 weeks and 2 days ago... so I'm a little confused and if I'm pregnant why is it not bolder. Has anyone else had this? Confused

Generally you don’t count results after the 5 min mark. Test first thing in the morning
If you’ve got one, try a cheapie pink dye test. They’re easier to decipher

These tests are early detection, and the line started to appear within 5 min just got darker by 10... if I take a cheapie will it still show if I'm early?

They generally work the same way so can’t hurt to give it a go 🙂

Buy cheap tests. I'm pregnant now but a few months ago I had complete heartbreak when 9 clear blues turned out to be false positives

The clear blue are terrible for evaps. I would retest with a pink dye as they're better imo.

If you thought you had a lighter than normal period 2 weeks ago and suspect pregnancy then I would expect a clear positive on home tests. What was lmp?

You really should test first pee in the morning if you're testing before your period is late. I've never had an evap line on a negative CB but I've heard many other people have. FRER I think are more reliable for early testing.
