Sickness at 13 weeks

I'm 13 + 5 days pregnant. In this pregnancy I haven't experienced any sickness at all until about 2 weeks ago when I ate a apple and straight away I threw up. I tried a apple again yesterday and I was perfectly fine but tonight I ate a apple about 4 hours ago and I have just ordered Taco Bell and about 30 minutes after eating it I threw up everywhere. Was I sick from the apple again? The takeaway? Is something wrong? Should I be worried? Is this normal? It's just the fact I haven't experienced sickness at all.

This is my first pregnancy and I feel like i'm worrying about everything and just need reassurance 24/7🥲

Nothing's wrong. In my first pregnancy I was fine until 9 weeks, then the nausea and vomiting hit me. My second pregnancy it started at 12 weeks, I thought I wasn't going to get it but was very wrong. In my third and last pregnancy the all day nausea started at 5 weeks. In all cases it didn't completely stop until 20 weeks, but you don't want to hear that!

So try not to worry, it's normal. As for what made you sick, in pregnancy anything can make you sick, even something you'd think would be fine.
