Hey,

I'm 24 and this is my first pregnancy. We've been trying for a couple of months - honestly I was surprised how quickly I conceived!

Every month the 2WW was absolutely agonising. But nobody told me how worried you get when you finally get that BFP!

It might be the side of a tiny seed but omg the responsibility I feel and the worry that something might go wrong.

I reckon my 12 week scan will be early jan but that just seems so long to find out that everything is ok!!

How did you cope?

I didn't I'm afraid! I was so anxious everyday but I tried to keep really busy and also booked a private scan at 9 weeks to see how things were going,

It's terrifying and amazing - so try to enjoy it 💜 Congratulations!

@vanillaskies I was scared that would be the case 🤣🤣 I think an early reassurance scan would be the best way!

On top of it all I get married next week and then we go straight on our honeymoon! At least that should alleviate some of the worry as it'll hopefully be relaxing!

How fab! You'll definitely have a lot of distractions at least!

It's so tough but honestly it will go faster than you think. I'm sat here now feeding my baby and I remember finding out like it was yesterday!

@vanillaskies that's amazing! I hope you're both well! 🍼
