I had my baby 13 weeks ago, have had 2 periods since then. I was due on the 3rd November . 4 days after missed period I took a test which was negative (have been using protection and am awaiting the coil to be fitted). 6 days late I took another and was also negative. 14 days late took another which was also negative and have just took one today which is also negative.
From what I've read online a missed period can be caused by losing weight. I have lost a total of 32lbs since the end of August. I have been eating healthier, exercising and ditching the car for the school run etc.
Have spoke to the GP who said that after a baby periods are fairly irregular anyway etc.
Can dieting and exercise really stop periods?
