Yes I get this often! At my 20 week scan they told me I have anterior placenta which at the time I didn't really put together. I'm not 25 weeks and had to go to triage at the weekend and not felt her move all day (of course the little bugger started kicking the Doppler the second it was placed on my belly!). I did mention the pain to the midwife there and she said it may be where placenta is or it can easily be that when eating if baby is at the top they're laying near stomach which will put pressure on it and make it harder for food to go down causing pain. Do you have reflux at all as that may also be causing pain x

Thank you so much for replying. I have low laying placenta at the moment. Don't really get reflux, but I just notice the pain usually after dinner or lunch, hope everything goes ok with the rest of your pregnancy

Yes I find bigger meals I get it with but little snacks I don't, I think pregnancy in general seems to slow down digestion as well. Thank you you too x
