Too soon to sit on a pregnancy ball?

I'm 15+1 today, Im getting awful back pain and (I think) round ligament pain? I was thinking sitting on a pregnancy/yoga ball might relieve some of this pain?
Has anyone used a ball this early? Is it not recommended? There's a lot of conflicting info online.

Any advice would be appreciated 😁

I used one on and off from about 17 weeks as I had awful spd and I found the exercise ball easier to sit on. The spinning babies website has a good advice page for pelvic pain/ discomfort.

I also ended up doing a daisy birthing course and pregnancy yoga which really helped with the pain. Rebozo was good too but ultimately I ended up using a belly support by the end.

Goodness, I used a gym ball as my office chair before I was pregnant, so I was sitting on it all the way through pregnancy. Baby was late and is now a big, thriving 9 week old so I'm fairly sure there are no concerns!
