39 weeks weird hip pain? Anyone had this

So I’m 39 weeks tomorrow and every so often I have the weirdest pain like deep in my hip joint. It’s like extreme pins and needles in the the actual ball joint, it can come at anytime, when walking sitting, standing or just crouching down ?

It’s not like PGP pain or like anything I’ve felt before? Anyone else had this? Xx

Yes me, it was horrible. It got to the point where it used to wake me up at night from the pain. My GP referred me to the pregnancy physio although she told me she thought it wasn't pregnancy related but was actually an old running injury and was the tendons that run from your knee to your hip being too tight. She did a lot of massage along the side of my leg which did help and gave me some to do at home with a roller or tennis ball. The really annoying thing with it in my case was that it continued for quite a few months post birth so I hope you'll be luckier!
