Colostrum

I've been given 7 sterile syringes by midwife.
It took me 3 days to get 1ml of colostrum, then 2 days for another, today I got 2 syringes full. I've still got 2 weeks before I'm due.
My question is this:
How much would my newborn need the first day?

I dont know why I only got given 7 syringes I definitely need more or I may have to store in breastmilk bags instead.
How many syringes did you take to the hospital and how long did they last?
I cant breastfeed for the first 2 days for reasons I won't go into but I want my baby to have as much colostrum as I can give her.
