Hi everyone, I’m just looking for some advice or similar experiences.

Basically, since having twins 13 months ago my periods have been really irregular and I finally rang the Dr with a few symptoms like weird periods, complete exhaustion (even now my babies sleep through), and weight gain that I can’t seem to budge. She said to take a blood test but to do it on day 5 on my next period (something to do with the hormone levels).

While I’ve been waiting for this period to come, I’ve started to feel movements in my stomach just like when you feel a baby move. They’re not strong enough for my husband to feel, but every time I lie down I can feel them. This is how it was for a few weeks when I was pregnant with twins, before the kicks got strong enough for my husband to feel.

I had a look at my calendar and my last proper period was in August, but I did have some spotting since then.

All of these things would lead me to think I am pregnant and potentially a few months along however my pregnancy test was negative. I only had one so I’ve ordered some more, arriving tomorrow.

I’m really worried because I’ve been drinking alcohol, taking antidepressants, talking multivitamins with vitamin A in and things like that, that you shouldn’t do when pregnant. I should add we’ve not been trying for a baby and if I’m pregnant, I’m actually terrified of how we will cope.

I’ve tried to get a Drs appointment and I can’t get one for 3 weeks and so I am absolutely going mad in the meantime.

Has anyone been in this position? I feel like I’m going insane but the movements feel so much like a baby.
