UTI, early labour or nothing?

Does this ring any bells with anyone?

36+6 with baby #2 (first was born 36+4). For weeks I've been having frequent braxton hicks, shooting cervical pain, backache and intermittent period pain. It's all really ramped up over the weekend and now I have an almost constant stinging sensation in my lower abdomen, loads of pressure and cervix pain and while it doesn't hurt at all to pee, I get no relief and feel like I need to go again almost immediately.

If I wasn't almost full term, I'd think I had a UTI, although I don't have a temperature and I feel well enough in myself.

I'm on high alert for early labour signs because I have GBS and had a very quick delivery with my first - I want to try to make sure I can get the antibiotics in good time!

Does this sound like anything or am I symptom-spotting? I never felt this heavily pregnant with my first baby so this level of discomfort is new to me!
