Hey all. I am 5 weeks pregnant and I've been having quite severe cramps last night and throughout today. It's not constant and either on my left or right side (not at the same time). Has anyone else experienced this in early pregnancy? I'm not bleeding or anything but the twinging/cramping is definitely noticeable!
