Had what was meant to be my 12 week scan this week. Was booked for when I thought I was 13 weeks, according to LMP. However turns out baby was much bigger than that and was measuring 14.5 weeks. Annoying because of this we couldn’t measure NT. but very glad baby looked healthy.
I’ve been thinking about what this means for date of conception. It means I would have conceived at the end of July. But I had a period during the second week of August. A proper period requiring tampons and pads, lasting 5 days.
Can this be right? Or was what I thought was my period actually implantation bleeding?
I will speak to my midwife at my next appointment but was wondering if this is possible? I’m very happy to be pregnant and with the baby but just wondering really.
